By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

If you prefer that your commission not be made public, I will respect your request for privacy. For a private commission, however, I will charge an additional fee of x2 the commission price.

I accept changes max 3 times, after that there will be extra fees (accordingly). Any fault on my side (drawing the character’s feature/details wrong) will be free of charge.

If references provided are unclear or lacking, an additional 25% charge of the final quote price will be added. If I find the references too hard to work with, I will refuse the commission.

I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFT.

Furthermore, I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I am uncomfortable taking it or if you are not cooperative.

I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide: I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variations.

Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background or other elements I deem fit.

Claim rights to the character (OC), but not the drawing itself.

Share/repost the artwork anywhere you see fit, with proper credit.

Print (art print, keychain, sticker, etc) the artwork for personal use only.

Reproduce/use my artwork commercially without my knowledge.

Claim the artwork as your own.

Remove my signature from the artwork when sharing it on social media.

Change the artwork without my consent.

At the moment, I only accept payment via PayPal.

The payment has to be sent 24-48h after I send you an invoice, if you have any struggle please tell me beforehand.

Payment can either be: 100% before I start sketching OR 50% before I start sketching and 50% after I've finished the sketch.

I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving the agreed payment.

You're expected to receive your commission after 4-6 weeks. If delays arise, you will be notified.

If necessary, you can also give a deadline for me to work with (I will charge extra fees if the deadline is urgent - this is negotiable)

The finished commission will be delivered to you through mail, including: the final commission with my watermark, a version without my watermark and a transparent png version without the background. All of the delivered files will be in 350dpi.

I do not accept refunds when the commission has been done.

You will only get a 50% or less refund If I have started working on your commission.

You will receive a full refund if, for any unjustifiable reason, I’m unable to finish the commission.

After sending me the filled form, I’ll ask for more details if needed and answer any of your question(s)! Then, I’ll come back to you before 24 hours to give you my quote price.

After finding common ground and getting the first invoice, I’ll start working on your commission.

My workflow is as follows: sketching > lineart > coloring > rendering > sending files.

I will update you on every step of the process to make any neccessary changes.

If you were to like more than 1 version of the skeches/colormood/etc I provide. You can ask me to send you seperate files of them without any extra charge.

Feel free to ask if you are unsure that I can accept commissions of something that is not listed above.
